I'm looking for NOS chrome or metal cassette tapes. Open to pretty well anything, except Mexican made Maxells. :)
    What ya got?

I have a box of blank cassettes somewhere.

Not sure where, or if they are chrome, metal or junk.

IF (and I do mean IF) I can find them, you are more than welcome to them.

Looks like he responded and someone else wants two of the four lots. Just a FYI...

It's OK if you choose to use it on a different tt and/or with a different cartridge, by the way.

This morning I've unearthed these 5 sole survivors, NOS still sealed/in the shrink:

I'll look a little further as memory tells me there should also be some essentially similar TDK and/or Maxell high bias tapes of this same vintage (likely 25 or more years old). Perhaps just a dream sequence, but I thought I had a master carton of 10 TDK CrO2 still sealed in their box.

However I'm beginning to think those are now lost to time. They should have all been in the same plastic snap bin, just no good reason for them to have ever become separated that I can surmise. These were purposely kept in a darkened closet, they've seen no attic or garage conditions all these years, in 2 different houses.

Thanks very much! Those Denons are amongst my favorites.
Let me know what you would want for them.

How about $20 + shipping for the lot.

    You have a deal sir.

Can you send me a PM to finalize the details?

Do you prefer UPS Ground as opposed to Priority Mail/USPS (I do not have any nearby FedEx depot)?

USPS is the best for us.
UPS soaks us on brokerage fees. Like you wouldn't believe!

No kidding - FedEX as well. It really is revolting! I'm in the middle of a battle with the latter as they are trying to get me to pay $134 fees on a $400 item I got for free. Unfortunately for them there is no connecting paper trail as the driver just dumped the box on the porch without bothering to get anyone to sign for it. The parcel might have been sent to me, but they've not a shred of evidence I received it.

The sad part is, they will probably go back to the seller/shipper, for the fee.
