It's on Amazon HD as well as Stony Plain 35 & 40 years. No thread on folk/Americana can get too far without a mention of Canada's premier roots label, Stony Plain. If you're not familiar, a good place to start is "30 Years Stony Plain", a 2-CD set (with a DVD!) with Ian Tyson, Doug Sahm, Duke Robillard, Maria Muldaur, King Biscuit Boy and lots more. A must in any collection.
Happy trails,
Larry B.
Can you bring that Friday?
I like his older releases. The new stuff, not so much. I saw him in Pensacola at UWF in 1976 he was in top form. Tickets were less than $10. The good ole days.Grudgingly agree though not my cuppa any longer. I did see him a few times when I lived in Miami.
I see two versions in Tidal via Roon; both are AAC 22 khz.I was listening to Daniel Lanois Acadie tonight and noticed that there is only one version listed in roon, my CD rip.
Does anyone see this recording on the streaming services?

It's not on Amazon.Interesting, nothing on the US Tidal or Qobuz.
Must be something to do with the original release being on Opal Records, and somehow there is a streaming license agreement between Opal Records and Tidal for the Canadian market, but not the U.S. market.Interesting, nothing on the US Tidal or Qobuz.
