    I 100% totally agree with you, sir! Which is why, in full and complete disclosure, the one in my photo is still about halfway restored after many years in the queue. Conversely, the aforementioned 8B was an absolute joy to work on (and to listen to) -- as are the 1960s Fisher receivers. ...
