6E6P a Sub for D3A?

Unfortunately a couple of the D3A tubes I am using in my @Salectric @izzy wizzy Phono stage have become microphonic and I'm now down to just a single slightly noisy pair. With the increasing costs of D3A/7721 tubes (pairs regularly go for $100+ here in the States, and they are not much cheaper overseas when you figure in exorbitant COVID shipping rates), I am searching around for a cheaper substitute.

Has anyone tried the Russian 6E6P as a replacement? For what I can gather with my limited understanding (and not very good data sheet on the 6E6P), pinout wise it may be a suitable replacement for the D3A when wired in triode.
