Like Woody described: thick and juicy in the best way. I also tried the BorderPatrol SE (also preferred to the Yggdrasil but honestly cannot justify the price for what is inside of it) and then settled with the Abbas DAC for a long while (~2 years) before going DACless (where I am now).

Oh sorry, I meant non-oversampling. There is a lot that goes into the sound of all these DACs other than just oversampling but the choice of not using it seems to influence a lot of other design factors into a certain direction...
