Is the piece made with Birch or Alder? Or?
The quarter-round piece is solid maple, the front baffle is maple ply. The sides and top are Douglas fir ply.

Is the bottom front roundover the same radius as the two top pieces? And while we are at it, what is the bottom rear roundover radius?
I ran across this tablesaw jig (see the 7th post) that may be a reasonable approach for cutting the large radius profiles. Bundling four slightly over-length corner piece blanks together and spot gluing them together near the ends should give a balance load for the "lathe". The individual rounded corners can later then be separated by cutting the excess length of the bundled pieces off each end where they were glued. I would probably pre-cut the interior profile and remove some of the excess material of the blanks on the tablesaw prior to using the "lathe". Do this safely and do not do this if you feel it is unsafe.

Large radius roundover
I'm making a side table for my patio and envision legs with approximately 2" radius roundover on the outside corner. 2" R roundover bits are scarce and frighteningly expensive for a one time project. Does anyone have suggestions on how to round over one edge of a 2" X 2" leg, approximately 24"...

I believe so, yes.
The back bottom is the only edge that is not rounded over/does not have the maple block 1/4-round (like the original...)
