Hey folks. Didn’t know where to post this so I thought I would try it here. Any idea what would be a replacement for this transistor based on the shown numbers? EA36124A-FD7F-465E-B4FC-F3F7B5CE9DD3.jpeg

I don’t know. All I know is that it has split from its casing and it is part a Novatron studio power pack for studio strobe lighting.

Motorola also did a few Triac's in the package but only max 5A.
Also please note often in the TO126 Package the Gate will be opposite in the same device in a TO220 package.

Here is simple link to a few assorted Triac,s https://uk.farnell.com/c/semiconductors-discretes/thyristors/thyristors-triacs?searchref=searchlookahead&pageSize=100

Also the Gate normally had a 30V Diacconnected and when the Triac die so does the Diac https://uk.farnell.com/c/semiconductors-discretes/thyristors/thyristors-diacs-thyristors-sidacs?searchref=searchlookahead

I did a family of low noise SSR using Triac and Back to Back Thyristors . Sold the company in the 1990s See if you can work out the name of the company and why I called it this. I also own the patent for these devices.
