Empire TT for sale in Minnesota

That IS pretty. I think the one that would work out best here is a 698... I like the lighter arm. I have a 398 that's beautiful but the arm is too heavy for the carts I like. Whoever bought it, their eyes are in for a treat (ears too).

I love to read about these Empire tables.

To me, they look nice, but I’d have not ever have thought they’d sound anything better than good.

To hear from a bunch of you such positive words spoken about them, I am intrigued and actually a bit thrilled to read about them.

Empire got some of the fundamentals right. These turntables have a fairly massive platter (which can easily be made more massive with damping or other material added to the underside of the platter), an excellent bearing and a high quality, quiet Papst motor.

I need to have some work done on the motor on mine. There's a bit of vibration. I hope its just flipping the thrust plate or something. Every time I get into something I end up breaking it.

That one looks like mine, only cosmetically a bit prettier. Nice tables, if a bit eccentric.
