I think it's Giant Rhubarb.
My sister used a photo app on her phone that said the same thing, Gunnera Tinctoria, Chilean or Giant Rhubarb. Another friend says she has Gunnera in on of her gardens and that it's not prickly, though does wonder if there are varieties that are. Regardless, her app came up with another variety of Hogweed.
I only had time to look at page 1 and page 10 and I'm mightily impressed. A lot of really nice work here. I'll have to drop back in here. Thanks for all those.
