That's a fine deal. If I knew how my Grado situation would work itself out, it would be an easier decision.

I completely understand. As part of my new outlook, Just don’t want to have things sitting around. And since I am taking a step back. I figured I would give someone a shot at what has been a solid performer for me. I won’t be too sad if it stays either.

Thank you, sir.
This one was bugging me. I did finally do some shopping today, but more on that later.
I think it would be a good match with either of my arms, actually. The two arms are quite different from each other, but the specs indicate the cart should work with either of them. I cannot say the same for the DL-304 I have on the EPA now as it was in quaking terror on the AC-400C.

Excellent. I look forward to your listening impressions.

Though I am a pretty hardcore Grado guy, I'd love to try a good MC also. I just need to find something that does vocals like Grado does.

Oh, and then deal with @Redboy for a good transformer.

I love my Redboy transformer. It really made all of the difference. I like Grados, but the stylus profiles on the ones I can afford are a bit limiting IMO. I tried the Sonata on the arm first and it wasn't entirely happy. I suspect that it likes an arm more in the 9-10g eff mass range and the EPA is 14g. I'm really curious how this AT works out. I've run the OC-9, Benz Gold (but quire upgraded) and DL-304 in recent times so I have a few of similar cost to compare to. Should be interesting.
