Does anybody here have any detailed remarks between DH-labs Q-10 vs the less expensive T-15? As in what's better in the Q-10? What's lost with the cheaper option?
If you meant the T-14, it's 2x14awg silver-coated copper. The Q-10 is 2x14, the same wire as the T-14, plus 2x12awg of the Ag/Cu wire, so it's set up for bi-wire, or for a total of 10awg for a stereo pair. DH Labs used to make a T-12, which was 12awg, and I compared it to the Zu Audio Libtec silver/copper, at 11awg. The Libtec were higher capacitance than the T-12, and I much preferred the sound of the DH Labs. They cost half as much, also. If you don't need the 4-conductor wire, I'd go with the T-14.

I bought a pair of 6 foot ones from Alan on AcK many years ago that have served me well. Sound real nice. 14 gauge wire with gold plated nanners on both ends. I think they are Vampire....or Count Chocula...something to do with teeth... :^/

I haven't needed great or even good speaker cables since I got the Nordost Red Dawns. Really like them. HOWEVER!! holding my finger up like Linus use to do in Peanuts... If I were in need of a set of inexpensive cables... I'd get the Duelunds too. I looked at the thread here quite some time ago, then read more reviews online. Seems like a lot of bang for not much buck. To me, the more important question would be... which gauge?

The Duelund wire intrigues me. It's fairly cheap and I could just run two strands in a white techflex jacket with bare ends and be done with it (I prefer bare wire anyway).

Hey Nate...
Have you had a chance to give this wire a shot?
Just asking for friend....🤣
Hey Ed, I haven’t logged too many hours with it yet but it sure smells good!

My impression so far is that I haven’t given up much since pulling the previous set of (fancy) cables.

I guess I will try some.
Good for a bottom feeder like me ... right Mr Hardy 🤔
