Great Looking Speakers, Pat!

Those look like something I'd find by doing a local search on USaudiomart! Had I a need for main speakers I'd be all over them. Sadly I need tiny speakers that sit on my desk.

Erik, Glenn was a Meadowlark dealer. I had the pleasure of hearing more than one pair, in various system configurations. I remember thinking how the appearance was as good as the sound.

Mo' pretty audio stuff: here's a nifty dipole 5" AMT two-way. Tweeter pods elastically decoupled from main cab. Sand filled cabs, hand polished auto paint, solid walnut baffles.

We built the sand-filled, double decoupled equipment rack, the twin painted LP storage cabs, subs and even the silly matching cable trestles. American black walnut with contrasting Peruvian walnut accents. The fella's 'table had one stereo arm and one mono. He didn't want the kids touching it so he put in a special kiddie 'table to the left. Funny as hell: AD converter into a Deqx. This was my first DSP system. It totally shocked the heck out of me :-)

That's more my speed, whatever is going on there. Beautiful minimalism. Less is much more.
Yeah, that was an Olson Kundig build - one of the world's top architects. The kinda work they make coffee table books out of. The design and quality standards were higher than I'd ever seen.

The room, being entirely glass and concrete demanded a line array. It was a four way. We used a Deqx - which is a three way DSP, then cascaded the bass channel thru another processor into two bass channels. It was pretty scary, engineering wise, but it worked beautifully. One wonderful thing about DSP is that you can pull off extra tricky ones without losing (too much) sleep.

Here's the pump that went into the basement and breathed up into the room thru a big slot below the hearth.

Wow. That's my dream kind of setup. All the sound without having to look at all of it, all the time. And what is there fits in with the room, doesn't shout "Hey, big stereo here!"

Yep. The only three things to see in the room are the speakers and an iPad. So dainty slim and light. But it can seriously energize that whole part of the house.

You want some more reggae?!?!?!?!

I can't hear you, you want some more reggae?!?!?!? (I'll take who is Burning Spear for the daily double Alex 🇯🇲)

Gooooooooooooorgeous speakers Pat! And I bet they sound as good as they look, or better. What ski resort is in the background of bottom pic in #12? Thanks!
