Greetings from New York City.

[Ds2000]

New to this site, but not to the hobby. My thing is the rare Japanese vintage, but mainly from the middle 80’s to the middle 90’s. I find the look and the performance to be top-class.
Not all shown is still around.

Welcome aboard.
That is an incredible collection you have, from a sadly underappreciated era in audio. And yes, I'm jealous as heck that you have a Kenwood 07.

[rogerfederer]

way cool; looks like you are maxing out a typically sized NYC apartment

I sold the 07 off to a real fan of the Japanese ultra TT art in late 2016. Happily it lives on in even better form now.

I have it placed quite well so as to not eat up too much space. One can’t miss it when in here tho.

Beautiful gear. I really love those Sony speakers. Have seen the much cheaper bottom of the line APMs but never a set as nice as those.

[JohnVF]

Oh wow, super cool gear. Great taste!

[Sound Dragon]

Welcome to the Haven Bud! I tend to spend most of my time here these days. Glad you made it.

[DC]

Yeaux.

Welcome to The Haven, @Ds2000

Great collection you've got there.

[Sound Dragon]

You may as well take that Goldmund pic out!

[MikeT.]

Welcome @Ds2000 , love those big power amps, Sony, Onkyo, JVC. Not something you see every day!

[Audionut]

Welcome and awesome looking gear!

Good to see you, Tim.

Welcome, Ds2000. That Accuphase P 400 is pristine. Really nice collection of gear you have there.

[Ilusndweller]

Welcome Tim! Super glad you are here. We’ve got the same favorite 10-year period of audio gear(mid 80s-mid 90s). Cheers friend!

[guiller]

Welcome to the HFH commubity! Superb toys you´ve got!

[Opa1]

Welcome @Ds2000!

[marantzfan]

Welcome aboard @Ds2000! The one lone 80’s piece I still own is a Sansui AU-X701 which is outstanding.

It could have very easily led me down that rabbit hole, but I’ve resisted thus far.

[Ds2000]

I left this pair out of the photos. Stax DMA-X2.
