Why yes, and it should! Love it very much, but I am not happy with the MacBook pro and software merry go round. I have been eyeing @JohnVF and his bluesound vault 2 set up as my next move. It would simplify my digital playback to a more manageable level. But that's for a later day.

How do you like the Ifi dac/amp? Where did you find the rack?

I bought the whole package from @marantzfan. He would be better able to answer where he got it from. I absolutely love this set up. It has sent several other quality DACs packing and quite a few of them had a significantly higher cost. If I had to offer one complaint, it is that I wish the rear USB input was a more sturdy connection. It has a little too much play and can sometimes loose connection if the stack is moved.

As too the Scott gear I get it. I lusted after my Scott amp a 299c for quite some time. There is just something about them that oozes 60's cool. I had originally purchased a 222c and had it drop shipped straight to Craig at NOS valves. but it had a blown OPT and he graciously offered me a credit for the parts and guided me on my next purchase which was this amp. He then did a full restoration on it and sent it back my way. I absolutely Love the sound it makes.

It did however have a 7591 Tube go bad in it and I have been afraid to put a new tube in until a can get it looked over by a tech. I toyed with sending it back to Craig but he is so busy and I am not even sure if there is anything really wrong with it. It will play music again some day very soon. But for now it gets to sit and look oh so pretty.

So the set up right now is:

Juicy Music Peach II PreAmplifier
Yamaha PC2002M Amplifier
Sony DVP-NS9100es for CD and SACD
Technics 1200 mkII Turntable (For Now)
Vincent Pho 8 Phono Pre (for now) iPhono 2 out on loan.
Old MacBook Pro to iFi micro IDSD Dac for streaming and Itunes (for now)
JBL 240Ti's

I dig the Sony ES gear! I just love that design, even if they are dreaded HT receivers! :D

And I love the mixed use space; that would be my place, if my kids were still that age.

Thanks. I was originally looking to get the parts unit A-G10. The rest just kinda fell into the deal when the good fellow decided, he didn't want to lug all this around anymore. The A-2001 (amp) was converted to 120V using the parts unit A-G10 transformer. Interestingly enough, The A-G10 now 100v also works. Just been scrounged for case parts. It will remain as a parts unit with the 100v Transformer. As to the disk players, I am thinking of following suit and swapping the parts DX10's transformer into the C-2001. making that a 120v unit also. I am also going to follow it all up in my next audio plan with a serious restomod. Updating the Disk Player like my current DX10 and also doing the A-2001. One more piece to acquire and it will be done.
