I have that mat, used it on a Pro-Ject table. Really liked what it did. You may need a lint roller to keep it tidy, which was my method.

I ordered a set of the isolation gliders to put under my speakers. Jim Smith of Getting Better Sound recommends them so I thought I would give them a try. You will LOVE the Way Excellent Mat. I used one on my Thorens. It won't work on the Sota because of the vacuum platter but I kept it anyway. Never know what might walk in the door later on.

I've got a mat in my shopping basket too, but figured I should check the thickness first before pulling the trigger. Nice deal though.
This is precisely why I kept mine.
If you look on the site it will often list the thickness for various tables. I love the Herbie's mats I have - very neutral without damping things to death. I clean mine with a bit of painter's masking tape. I'm using the Tall Tenderfoots under the Denon DP-80 plinth and they seem to work great. I need to order some of the tube dampers sometime as well.

I haven't used Herbies's tube dampers but tried some of the rubber O-ring types on my preamp. Sucked the life right out of it. Took them off immediately. YMMV.
Yep, those Tenderfeet (Tenderfoots?) are great! Time to stock up.

I did, I have them on my Infinity Kappa 7's. I have spikes on the speakers so I bought that version. They help tremendously in speaker placement and as I recall, they cleaned up the sound a bit. I have had them in service for quite some time now so I don't recall how it sounded before. Sounds quite good now though.
Sounds good, thanks. I foresee shopping at Herbie's in my future.
