Matrix multicell horns - deconstruction and reproduction attempts

Based on the given dimensions, using the exponential curve, the frequency of the horn is 874 Hz well below the specification of 1,600 Hz.

Here is a sketch of what I was trying describe a couple of posts above. keep in mind that the length is not the actual length of the horn cell but is the arc length of a side. If you were to make 4 pieces just like this from paper and tape them together along the edges you get a model of one cell.

As far as my project went, I cut half of the need parts exactly this size and the other half wide enough to make a simple butt joint at the corners. The material I used was 1/8” thick wood backed veneer. I glued them together using the cast as a form then lapped the mating sides to a knife edge on a piece of glass with sandpaper glued on. I assembled a horizontal section of 3 cells without lapping the side that would mate to the sister section and lapped that as a unit. It was very tedious work to get to the point where one 6 cell section was assembled. I still had not worked out how I was going to fabricate the throat sections or started the second horn when a 604B popped up on feepay that was trashed but had a good horn for BIN around $100, I snapped it up to match the single original horn I had and never looked back at that project again.

Dimensionally and mathematically correct cells and matrix. Need the dimensions on the speaker side to model the throat/flange.

The inlet side of the horn is 1.5" D on everything up to and including E at least. Expansion in the driver back to the bug screen is conical. I believe it continues back to the phase plug that way ala 802. Don't have of the big horns around to measure the distance from inlet to matrix

The flange can't be more than 2-15/16" or it will hit the coil former for the woofer cone. The mounting hole centers are 2-5/8" apart. the small horn I have must be at the shop so I am just measuring the magnet from a B series.

I don't have any dimensions for the throat and flange for the 802 driver. Please provide the OD for the flange, hole mount locations and throat opening. I can model it up and provide the STL file.

The current model has a 2 15/16" diameter flange, 1 1/2" throat with two mounting holes. (Still need to clean the raft from the bottom of the 3D printed part).

I really need to get into CAD!
Of all the toys - uh, tools I have, CAD is the most useful and powerful. Took me about two years of YouTube University to get somewhat decent at it. I could not possibly figure out the VDCH without it. Matrix horn modelings have been really helpful for practicing and improving my CAD skills.
