Open Baffle help needed!

If you placed a same sized board across the top of the back wings you'd have what some refer to as a U-baffle. Don't know how it would sound but it might be fun to try at some point. Experimenting with OB's is just an added benefit of going over to the dark side.

Thanks for the tip and the link. I wonder how "sealed" or "secure" that lid needs to be. Could I cut a piece of wood and tape it to the sides to get an idea before adding a permanent top?

You could just cut a piece of cardboard and tape it on.

Sure. You can even make test baffles out of cardboard or poster board.

Last pieces of the build showed up today. I think these are going to mount either between the F15 and W15 right to the baffle or on the bottom panel behind the W15. I'm open to why 1 place over the other would be better.

Between the two drivers ( shorter run ) and to one side or the other means you won't have speaker wire draped over the W-15.

I’m new here and waiting anxiously to see the final results. I have a very small 12.5’ x 13’ room that I can’t decide on Fast8 or F15’s with subs.

I'd like to say I have them finished but I'd be lying. I started focusing my attention on an amp to drive the F15s. I have one that should be here next week. If it's a fit I'll move on to staining etc. I will say this , I haven't hooked my Omegas up since I brought these into my music room.
