Darn. Ok then what would you take for Louie, destroyer of vacuums?
HA! Louie and I are joined at the hip; destroyer of vacuums and refrigerators. The guy who has stolen entire cheesecakes and loaves of bread. Li'l pup who can rest his elbows on the kitchen countertop and yank his mom off her feet.

That boy flunked out of two homes before he was two. A total bonehead, too big and too powerful, but he means well. He's now in his own his own doggie heaven for the duration.

Just out of curiosity, what constitutes a 'good bottle of Scotch', and what's your address, again?

Brilliant. I love stirring up crap at audio shows.

My best audio show memory was having some fun with the guys from Oracle. They were sharing their very large room with Reference 3A. At my request, they played, and CRANKED, Lonely Boy by the Black Keys. Tash from Reference 3A was pissed, but It was a customer request. The truly fun part is we had real live girls come into the room, and dance yet. Fun and dancing at an audio show! The horror!
Hilarious!

My dear wife always took special glee in disrupting shows. She hated everything about them, so caused trouble to keep herself amused.

Sometimes it hurt. Like the time she saw a certain major mag editor in chief sit down in the hot seat and she played Tenaciuos D's tender ballad: Fuck Her Gently.

He took it personally. Because it was.

I like your wife more now!

YEAH!!! YAY,YAY,YAY!

Laphroaig is about the only brand I can count on my wife not to touch! Pffftt....no accounting for taste.

But, to be fair, perhaps a more modestly priced variant. Just slurped down the last of my 15 year. Anything from that delightful, wee isle. Ardbeg Blaaack comes to mind. Or, traveling around, anything that says Glenmorangie, Glenfarclas, Oban, Talisker, Balvenie, Mcallan......

But the wiff cannot be trusted with a bottle of Oban.

Those speakers have sentimental value, so trading for booze make so much more sense than money. I'll just waste the money.

I suppose it all comes down to how sentimental you are. I’m guessing this would sure alleviate the heartache.

Is that an offer?

The MP1 represents the time in my coming along when I realized the importance of time coherence. That put me in a very small subset of designers who actually were doing it right; set the table for the next 30 years.

I wouldn’t want to seem greedy. I’m just helping potential bidders find options that might be appealing to you. :)

Umm... you're maybe you're a tad out of scale, there. I wuz thinkin' a $100 bottle would be fair enough.

Still have these parts, any interest?

You could make a very nice small desktop with either of the 12cm and the Morel tweeters. Put the 21s in the footwell.

Have several of the Scan Speak 12s

I was thinking about a Lagavulin 16, but, seeing the list you mentioned, that might not suit you, and might also draw your wife's interest.

What? Me picky? Not at all. Bring it on!

Yeah, nevermind the wife. Anyhow, she's a cheap date. Vodka/rocks is her std order.

Oops! Duh! I mean SOLD!

How about you get to beat the crap out of the big rig while you're at it? Damage the beer fridge as you wish?

That is sure causing problems. I had some hope up until a week or two ago, but now there's no end in sight.

The funny thing that I can't understand is that, as reported by our local paper, the number of border crossings at the 1000 Islands Bridge are about the same as last year. Maybe they're saying one thing and doing another? Saying no, but allowing the crossing that show up?

I don't think I want to test that hypothesis. Still, I've been over the bridge to Wellesley Island twice recently for work, and traffic coming south looked about normal.

Traffic for work reasons, and essential personnel, commerce and trade, is permitted. Travel for leisure, recreation, is not.
Surprisingly, trips for shopping do not meet the criteria for commerce and trade.
Truck traffic seems to be higher than usual, at Windsor, since they are not experiencing any delays.

AAAHHHH!!! It just keeps coming. Was thinking am done, but noooo.

Speaker Cable $50/pr.

The set on upper left is Music Metre Signature that came from my pile, a small visible cosmetic issue that you can see at the heat shrink on one end.

The remaining sets are Innersound house brand from the period when Roger Sanders was designing, he's a pretty meticulous and demanding guy; none of this is junk.

Note, please, one pair is asymmetrical 15/30'. One set has two matching pair, so good for biwire.
Note, too, the terminations - there are bananas here and there.

JPS Superconductor 30" interconnect - pricey wire - $100. One pair of unused DH Labs Silver Sonic biwire jumpers $20.

NOS Vifa ring radiators $30/pr. We used these in Kestrel II.
