predict what is wrong with my stereo

Yesterday I was messing around behind my stereo, bumped the cluster#$&* outlet/mess back there and my system stopped playing. Everything still lights up, just no sound. Im on day 2, no tunes other than my ipad. I havent put a lot of effort yet into figuring out what is wrong so I figured Id see if anyone can guess. Tunes were playing, I bumped, then no tunes. And even though the dac isnt on in the pic, it was on during testing. Also, though I dont think this matters (older pic), Im now using the B speaker outputs of the Onkyo as well, going to the high level inputs of Definitive Technology Pro Sub 100. 🤞🤞 Thanks!

We all face a point when everything needs to be unplugged, re-plugged, shut down, restarted, turned off, then turned on again. Then most of the time it works and we never find out what was really wrong. ;)

Do you have a protection lightning the front if your amp?

After about 10s after turn on does your amp make a singe click sound?

There is a standby light on the amp, but it is off and the power light is on. Works fine, does the blink/click thing like it always does.

That was easy, the optical cable became unplugged from the Topping. I hadn't tried rotating it* with the recent Denon purchase, but no problem.

*MRS - modular rack system, I've got a couple more in the works, as well as a couple amp stands (spray painted pieces of plywood).

I found (apartment trash) a very nice rack today. Excellent shape, sturdy, double wide, and may suit my situation better. Ill probably use my MRS, but maybe.
