Hi,
Tomorrow or the day after tomorrow comes my used sony player, which I hope I can finally rip my SACDs to hard drive.
On the PC side, I understood everything so far (Java, GUI, extract.exe, etc.).
But what is on the USB stick at the Front of the player?
A
in the standalone solution, i.e. without a PC:
only the AutoScript folder, right?
B
But what is on the USB stick with the server solution (i.e. with connection to the PC with Java, GUI etc.?
Also the AutoScript folder or no AutoScript folder or a completely different script (files)?
I have not yet completely understood, because if the AutoScript folder would be on the USB stick in both cases, the Sony Player would start ripping in both cases and the server solution could no longer be used to start the process via the GUI ?
Would be very nice if someone could explain the difference for both variants regarding the content of USB
That's all!
Thank you very much and have fun listening to music.
Best regards,
Matthias
