Thing is, unless you measure exactly 24 1/2" , it would probably go unnoticed.
It has 16 sixteenths, and the 1/4 and 3/4 hash marks are correct. Weird one.

Over the last 30 years, I have incorporated about 100 cu/yards of woody compost and at least as much ramial wood chips from "Chip Drop" loads into my little city lot ( 1/10th acre). Have various fungi popping up all the time. The morels fruit every couple of years, no tellin' where, and never in the same place. This year it was next to the driveway along the edge of a raised garden bed. Spotted them too late for eating. They will be back in another couple years...somewhere.
