Should "we" have a vehicular forum?

As I sat here reading, and posting largely irrelevant drivel to, various automobile-themed threads here, I got to musing.
Would it be a good idea, or a bad idea, to add an "automobilia"* thread to Hifihaven?
Thoughts?

I agree, @mhardy6647 would teach a great class on podophilia. I’d jump in feet first too!
And yes, we should have an automobilia forum.

Well the intelligence is definitely artificial. Not sure how it came up with that strange asymmetrical grille or 3 piece windshield. The Tesla looks like the bastard child of a Tesla and an RX7. Strange it put door handles in a coupe quarter panel also.

Seems to me there is the perfect amount of automobile related hijacks in every thread
I’m not convinced a separate forum is needed. If there were such a sub-forum some may never find their way back to the audio forums unless they were hijacked by a car audio thread.

I could go on and on but it’s getting late.

After thinking about it my thought is no. We don't need a separate subforums for automobiles. I enjoy the way the threads meander. Forums that are overly segmented or split into subforms reduce traffic to those subforms. At least that's been my experience. I enjoyed more points of view and that usually happens when people can stumble across something that they may not have necessarily been looking for.

P.s. still love our Mustang Mach e 🤣
