it is time for another one of my treasure hunt playlists. As usual, I ask that your contributions be in the form of playable video links, so we can all resort to here when we want to listen to some good tunes, but don't want to work to hard for it.
The them of this playlist is superb music presented on the streets somewhere. There are some superb musicians out there, presenting their wares for anyone who passes by. I have really heard some good stuff out their on the streets. Some areas of various cities are well known for these kinds of performances.
In Jerusalem, there is a special collection of streets which are blocked off for foot traffic only. This area is known as Zion Square. I don't know if it is an area that has been renamed from what I knew as Ben Yehuda street. This area is well known for having many different street performances going on through the evenings.
Again, as usual with my playlists, this is intended to be a playable playlist, so please make sure that your posts are playable. Also, this is not intended to be a discussion thread, so please keep that to a very dull roar.
Here is a performance by the Breslev Brothers (Arye and and Gil):
The Breslev Bothers, "Shine On You Crazy Diamond"
Time (Pink Floyd) by a street musician in Rome
Enjoy,
Rich P
