The JE Labs/ Angela SE 2A3 amplifier, revisited

Remind me not to build anything with an Amphenol umbilical again. These things are an exercise in not fun.

I did finish the thing but I forgot to take a photo.

What seems to be difficult? It LOOKS straightforward.

If they're anything like the Chinese ones I use, they can be pretty fiddly.

What's that shaft extension in the lower right hand corner, above the big Bosch MKP cap?

Very nice layout, clean and efficient.

Nice and clean layout there Nate. You’re going to have a hard time letting that one go.
Thanks Anthony. My first wish for this amp is just for it to work, right out the gate... I don't doubt that it will sound good, once it's sorted, because it's a great circuit. And at that point, I'll probably be wishing I could keep it. However, I've been at this thing much longer than I wanted to be so it'll be great to pack it up and send it on its way!

Thank you! The extension is for an Elma selector switch which will sit toward the back of the amp near the inputs. That's one of the next things I'll wire up.
