Hilarious. Time to re-up my subscription to Stereophile.

For what it's worth, I've been listening to a lot of MQA on Tidal through my Node, and loving every minute of it. Even better then usual Tidal sound, for free! What's not to love?

Honestly, I can understand why some may not like the MQA approach.

On the other hand there's been a lot of manufactured outrage (IMO) about it in various locations.

I noticed that Prostudio Masters is now offering MQA as a download option. Not tempted really. If I were to download anything it might be native DSD classical album.

I totally don't get why anyone would buy MQA. I'd take high res PCM or DSD any time. As a freebie add on to Tidal and Deezer, give me more!

Even funnier when you realize that many of the advertisers have already incorporated MQA into their products.
