Looking through my choral LPs today and was rather surprised to find that I have two recordings of Penderecki's Passion and Death of Our Lord Jesus Christ According to St. Luke, one on Philips and the other on Polskie Nagrania. Even more surprised to discover they are actually the same recording!

I ended up choosing the Philips pressing and it is quite good (could use a run on the RCM). Interesting hearing the spoken Latin with a slight Polish accent.

Switched to the Polish pressing and it is even better than the Philips, plus it isn't laid out with the side order 1/4, 2/3 for a changer.
