That Clash first album was a life-changing experience for me when I was 13, right from the first bars of Janie Jones! Gawd, I love that album, still do!

Went out and got a suedehead cut (about 1/16" buzz cut), right before I was supposed to appear in my sister's wedding. Roundly mocked by all in my school, but went hard on punk and the edgier rock. Ramones, David Johanson, Sex Pistol...good times.

I'm all lost in the supermarket, is probably one of my all-time favorite songs. It really captivated me as a teen. I love this thread!
