Gosh ...this is a real education and so great to see.

Thank you Mike for taking the time to do this. I wish everyone would do the same. I've revisited many of my old posts at a couple of forums and done the same for posterity.

You bet! I hate the photobucket taint. I've already tried fixing the taint once, but, it came back to bite. So, this time, the links got pulled, and, new images uploaded. I could not find all of the images to be replaced. So some still have the taint. I'll work on fixing those as I find them.
If anyone finds more, let me know, I'd be glad to fix them; I'm just not sure what and where that might need to be.

And,... thanks to the staff here for allowing the Edit option to be available to those of us that know how to use it, properly.

Hi guys. Complete amateur here. But my ATLP120 is absolutely enough for me. I love her dearly and she sounds perfect in my basement. Cheers 🍻

That is a much better start I began with ...my first table was a simple BSR changer in a portable record player...What matters in this hobby though is enjoying the music. It is nice to have good even exotic tables and amps etc , even speakers , but the main thing is to enjoy your music and never to lose sight of that........Enjoy this site too......it is an excellent one and very unique ....unlike some sites people get on here and exchange views without ego or one-up-person-ship......that makes it a very nice site to be a member of.

Thanks for your input and kind words. Yes indeed, the music is most important and I agree, this is a great site. Cheers 🍻

I bought this new in 1972.

A Philips 308

I've changed the belt a couple of times and have a spare.

I used to use this Philips 790 tuner/amp and Goodmans Havant speakers. I bought at the same time.

But the 790 died about fifteen years ago. I've since been using this Leak 2000 I bought second-hand

I've both an original Shure M75 EJ and M75 ED cartridge.

The Sharp cassette deck is of a similar age.

Everything works as it should.

I don't play a lot of vinyl other than on these.

They use Shure N44C carts

Or mp3s on these, through the Leak.
