What's in your glass?

I miss beer. I had to cut it out because of gout flares last fall. I try to restrict my drinking to once a week, bourbon on the rocks, max three drinks. I worked in a local craft brewery for over six years after I retired from my 35 year career in 2008, I never thought I would end up not drinking beer.

Tonight it's a "Butchertown Old Fashioned" - Copper & Kings Bourbon, C&K Old Fashioned Cocktail Bitters, Demerara sugar cube, one rock. (But this stuff borders on "rocket fuel" at 111 proof, so I may tone it down with an extra half-rock.)

If I remember correctly, that brewery was Dogfish Head?

I have occasionally thought of asking you or Steve to 'Gin Me Up" one of these fancy drinks at your SMAC meets, but by the time I relinquish the sweet spot, there is usually a long line-up of people at the Seminole Hills Cocktail Lounge.

Well, next time (or sometime before then, if the opportunity arises), feel free. He definitely leans Gin (I don't, as you know) and he can Gin You Up if you wish.

@DC Does @Andyman know of this 'Kegger Burger' place?

When I looked at the photo, it was the first thing that caught my attention. The second was the Stone Brewing Tap Handle for Fear.Movie.Lions.

New to me, but how Wisco with PBR on tap. Do they serve Old Fashions and Spotted Cow too?

I'm sure Paul would approve!
