Meadowlark Kestrel speakers Bi-wire

My Meadowlark Kestrel speakers have separate wire connections for the woofer and the tweeter.
I have been running the speakers with a jump wire between the woofer and tweeter.
Should I be using two sets of wires from the terminals to the amp, as in a bi-wire setup, instead of a short jump cable?

I use internal bi-wire cables (DH Labs Q-10, previously T-14 ) with my Kestrel Hot Rod(s), primarily to avoid an extra set of cables cluttering up the joint. I decided to try bi-wire because the speakers had the two sets of posts and I figured why not(?).

@Puzzle1

I have had speakers where I could hear a difference and others that I could not. I used to have a set of Kimber 8TC singles and a set of the same wire as external bi-wire, so I could easily try both.

If you want to try the same contact The Cable Co and buy a couple of sets, return them if you can't hear a difference.

I think the real question is do the Kestrel actually have a split crossover or not?

Ooh, you have the expensive option!

Meadowlark Audio Kestrel Loudspeaker
Price: $995 USD (bi-wire option adds $50)

I will not be dropping 400+ dollars for cables so DH labs is out for my Kestrels.
I have OFC 10 gauge on hand and will try bi-wiring the Kestrels.

If you have the wire on hand just try it. Tell us how it goes?

I will try to report on the progress.

But now I have a question about the attachment method for the speaker cable.
Bare wire has been my usual method but the results can be a bit messy.
For a "cleaner" look I am experimenting with different connectors such as banana and a sort of pin thing.
These plugs are very well designed for cable attachment with two set screws per cable but I am unsure about the whole "banana" plug's strength and durability.
My bare cables By bare I just mean the bit that inserts into the speaker jack may look a bit messy but have held up just fine.

What is the preferred method to connect 10 gauge speaker cable to the Meadowlark Kestrel?
