That movie with the tall blue people v2

Just curious how many of you also took the plunge to see Avatar 2 ? My wife and I saw it yesterday and could not possibly have been more disappointed. All of the magic of the first movie was swept away in a toxic mess of explosions, silly chases, thin plot and totally implausible scenes. We waited 11 years for this ?!?!?

It's just inexcusably bad imho. I could go on for pages and pages here of all the ways that it sucked, but a simple google search will give you more critical reviews than I have time to write. I am just SO disappointed that this ended up being another empty Hollywood crash/bang/explosion/fist fight fest.

If you're on the fence...stay there

Thanks for the feedback.. I've read lots of reviews similar to yours... they just cracked worldwide sales of $500m, but need $2B to break even... crazy amount of money they spent on that movie.

Nope. Didn't see 1 or 2... nor even the prequel I am Curious (Blue), for that matter.
