Potting pictures really isn't difficult - just ask the wife to do it. 
But really, all you have to do is get them from your cell phone to your computer ( you can do it directly from your cell phone too).
Then right under the button for post reply is a button to upload a file you click. Navigate to where you stored your pictures and click on that photo. It will upload and then decide whether you want the picture full sized or as a thumbnail. If you pick thumbnail, it will open full size when someone clicks on it. If you pick the full size option, the picture will be inserted where ever your curser is located in the post. If you can solder your kit together you can post pictures.
