Just checked with Cardinal. Did you use a spray can version, or do they have it in a normal brush on format? The Cardinal web page is a bit difficult. I found the spray version. A bit pricey with shipping for 1 or 2 cans.

Just wrapped up the finish on the wood base and dropped the plate in. I think it looks pretty damn nice if I do say so myself.

The plate and end bells are both powder coated. Took them to a shop nearby.

Colors are almond and copper vein.

As for the sound… I haven’t got a chance to hear it with my main system yet. Literally just brought it in from the garage. Maybe tonight. Fingers crossed
