Sold Dynaco A25s for sale. Chicago pickup

Hello all. I have a nice pair of Dynaco A25s here that need a home. These have all original drivers, and everything is as it should be. I believe the cap in the crossover was replaced by the previous owner (Kirk57 here) and I just put new grill cloth on them that looks the part and is a modern synthetic and should be more acoustically transparent than the burlap that was on them. They even have the logos still!

The veneer is very nice …honestly one of the better looking pairs I’ve seen. I’m just cleaning out excess gear. Get your iconic MCM box speaker groove on! They like tubes but I’d recommend about 30wpc minimum.

$200 firm, local pickup just north of Chicago.

That grille material is pretty much a dead match for the original. Where did you find it? I couldn’t find anything that close when I was looking replace them…

It's from a seller on eBay, "'pmini2". If you search for Dynaco grill cloth it should come up. I, too, looked at a lot of in-person stores and didn't find anything that had that distinct weave. It's hard to work with, though, very stringy and open-weave-.

This is actually the second batch I bought, the first one went to my Harbeth SHL5s after a mishap tore the grille on one. Now my Harbeths look like Dynacos.
