Lp cover art

I buy a lot of secondhand jazz albums based on the covers. Sometimes I strike gold, other times not so much. When my favorite record store sold these records for $2.99 it was easy to try a handful, now that prices have risen to over $8.00, I'm more selective.
All of these have been worth the price of admission!

The first album I bought for the cover art was Savoy Brown~Hellbound Train. I didn't know of them at the time and it wasn't their best LP, but the title track was good enough to make me search out some more. In essence, that one album cover introduced me to quite a few good songs (and many more cool album covers).
