Sold MiniDSP SHD - DAC/STREAMER/PREAMP/DSP Swiss Army Knife

I want to keep this, it's such a versatile tool, but I'm selling to fund a new set of speakers. I purchased this used, but it's in excellent shape. I do not have the original box or manual but it will be professionally packed and will arrive perfectly. The manuals are redily availible to download in PDF from MiniDSP.com

It includes the remote and WIFI antenna. I can toss in a power cord if you need one.

I am using the MIniDSP SHD Studio (digital only version) with my Meadowlark Kites... great kit. I will make sure this is updated to the latest firmware and reset to factory default before shipping. Transferring ownership to get the plugins etc... from MiniDSP is just an email to the company and they are super good and quick about it. Usually within 12-24hrs. I can provide the serial number before shipping so it will be transferred before you even receive the unit.

There is a very high likelihood I'll own one of these again, but since it's sitting idle and I want the funds... its up for grabs.

MSRP $1299. Asking $900 shipped in the lower 48.

P.S. This did not include the MiniDSP UMIK-1 measurement mic, but my SHD studio did and I already had one. So I would be willing to negotiate the price of a UMIK-1 into the sale if needed since I have the two.

Hard to beat if you need ADC and/or DAC. Roon Certified, PEQ, four channels of independently filtered/EQed digital and analog. Swiss army knife indeed.

The sleeper application is the optical in, vol controlled outs. So you can run it downstream from a TV, into your rig.

Thats exactly how I used this and my MiniDSP Studio. Streaming via Spotify and Tidal Connect, and then phono preamp in via analogue and TV in via optical... it's a super powerful unit. I would just keep it but I need the funds.
