WTB WANTED! Help needed with Lowther recone

Hey guys, I've got a pair of Lowther PM2C that I'm needing help with. They were shipped from Hungary and customs decided to damage both cones. I've got brand new recone kits but it's clear to me that this is way beyond my skill level. I'm looking for someone local (San Antonio TX) or anywhere in the US who might be able to help me out with these. Any help/advise is greatly appreciated.

They are compact enough that shipping right to Lowther may be reasonable.
