The time has come for these to find a new (and likely forever) home.

Based off the Markwart Simplified Altec Model 604-8H network with EQ, these were not cheap to build. I used NOS General Electric motor run capacitors, Mills resistors and Goertz 16AWG copper foil inductors. The hookup wire used is all Neotech solid core and the L-Pad's are Dayton 50w, which allow for plenty of plenty of HF adjustment.

For more information on these, here is a link to the thread on my Altec 604's which includes a post from when I built them (post #5).

Very similar to my build, different brands of foil inductors and L-pads aside.

Oh man! Those crossovers were part of your 604-8G build, which after listening to, inspired me on my own 604 journey!!

That's a heck of a price considering the parts and labor too.

Almost identical to what's on my 604-8gs. I know how nice these sound on those drivers, hell, mine aren't going anywhere!

Nice deal here.

@marantzfan: dumb question. Any chance that these crossovers can be used for 604E super duplex drivers? Maybe a slide mod…
Sorry I didn't get to your question earlier... these would "work" with 604E's but they really are designed specifically for the 604-8G. Personally, I would choose another network for the 604E.

heartbreaking.. been looking for some of these for months.. day late, dollar short.. but I could have afforded these.
