Someone left the gate open and I can’t do nothing. I haven’t really been posting much on any website but when I heard Luther was having a gathering I knew not to miss it. In fact I’m over at his place right now and it’s shaping up to be a great meet. I’ll post in the intro forum as soon as I can get a couple pictures of my system. Sadly I haven’t even turned my system on in many months. That stupid stroke really kicked my butt. Looking forward to meeting some other haven crew. :-)

We had about 25 people. So, a full house. Lots of food, music and fellowship. It was a great gathering.

So sorry I had to miss this - first MrEd's and now Luther's - and considering all the time I've spent in Dallas these last few years, SO disappointed.

I'll get to a TX meet sooner or later!

Congratulations to all the door price winner. It was funny that John won the AR speakers. His wife watches him like a hawk trying to sneak gear in the house. I hope to hear the “Betys“ put to good use in a new speaker build. My wife said I didn’t give away enough stuff.

@MrEd Here is the preamp Ed built and brought. We hooked it up to the system in the back room. It is a sublime preamp. Not only the sound, but the execution is spot on.

As is typical when you have someone over, something doesn’t work. Yesterday I could not get my Auralic streamer to connect to my iPad. I tried several times during the day. I turn it on today and it worked without any issues. WTF?
