Greets, again,...
Up for grabs,... A Spanish Festival Concert by the Poway Symphony Orchestra from this past weekend.
I've been exceedingly busy building stuff here, and too tired for much music. And, the cost of fuel, keeps me a wee bit closer to home. But, this one was a not to be missed day.
On a side note, I've made a good connection within the PSO organization, the new organization manager, Ellen. She came to PSO from the same position with the Boston Symphony Orchestra; so a serious caliber lady within the PSO organization now.
At any rate,... she loved the last recording, and, was there at the artists entrance to greet thee musicians. I went to introduce myself again, but, she greeted me with a Hi Mike, and an extended hand. We had a brief moment of cnversation at the door, and, she said that she was thrilled that there would be a recording of the performance. When we had first met, at the previous concert, I was the first through the door, and she was there to greet everyone. We both agreed about what a neat experience it is to go into an empty hall, and hear what it sounds like, empty.
Ellen, a very nice lady.
Fred Benedetti,.. I've worked with Fred at least 4 times, previously. Hes a really talented guitarist.
To the good stuff, below,..... I think this one turned out quite nice sounding. I do hope you'll enjoy!
