Shure V-15iii stylus options?

I'm curious if anybody here is knowledgable on the V-15iii and its various options of a stylus. The Super-track HE, the MR, and the various Jicos, boron SAS or otherwise.

I'm going through all of my cart bodies and trying to get the spares up and running with the best stylus options, but this one has SO MANY. I'm leaning towards the Shure MR option but each of them seem to have their advocates.

THX!

Watching this! I, also have a V15 III, and a IV, and several V15V's (both Xmr's).

I have two V-15vmrs, both with an original Shure VN5mr stylus... so I can only say that the original V-15V (non-x) sounds fantastic with the MR. But the MR for the III is a different cantilever. I've always had the most luck, and the best sound, from line-contact, MR, and Shibata stylus profiles... have had very little luck or love for ellipticals. But there have been exceptions.

I have some often-played records from my earlier days of collecting that were ruined by an elliptical stylus blundering its way through the grooves, so, nothing less than a line contact type here.

I love the Jico SAS on this cart. I did the boron cantilever.
Did you ever hear it with the original hyper-elliptical/Super Track stylus? I've read that they're a bit more 'full' but the SAS is more open/detailed, which would make sense (and I would probably prefer).

I did! Yes, the SAS was way more detailed, and it was apparent within minutes of listening to it. I literally stood and listened to a full side of an album after changing, because it sounded so much different/better to me.

Great info, thank you.
