RCA LS-1 Mi-12499 2 way monitor speaker

A recent acquisition for my collection. Excellent sounding Especially in the midrange. HF is a phenolic diaphragm and LF is a 15” Mi-12432 woofer. Does any one know if the 12432 is the same as the 9449 woofer? I would love to have a second one so if anyone has pieces of this speaker speak up.

It was on Ebay. I found it about a hour after the seller posted it. Luckily he was local and I was able to find him by googling his business name. After calling them I was able to make a deal outside eBay that was good for the both of us. I have a total of 4 hours worth of commuting everyday so it gives a ton of search time while on a commuter train.

I bought it from the original owners son. The guys father who was a RCA engineer got it from a High Up executive at RCA many years ago.

I saw that on the bay. Glad you picked it up. I’ve heard it was RCA’s response to WE757A/WE753C monitor speakers.
